Our Terms and Conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our on-line shop. Then complete any personalisation details and add the item you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on check out and you will be asked a few details that we may need to complete your order.

Payment

For security we provide only one method of payment. This is by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Delta or Switch). We do not record or store any credit card numbers, all transactions are dealt with by NOCHEX - a secure online payment company using encrypted information on a secure server. Your bank will send us automatic clearance.

Trade Description

Whilst every endeavour has been taken to portray items as accurately as possible, most of our products are individually handmade, so some variations will occur. All measurements are approximate and are supplied in Metric sizes.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, and to update our prices at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to change, alter or improve designs without prior notice.

Complaints Procedure

If you should have a complaint for any reason, then please contact us and let us know the problem, so that we may endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
