UK Postage and Packing

UK postage and packing is charged at £4.50 per order.
We send most orders Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. For other items we may use a courier.
Items are usually despatched within 7 working days or sooner. As most items are individually produced please allow longer during peak periods.

Overseas Postage and Packing

The system does not calculate the shipping cost for overseas orders. We have found that it is not possible to be accurate as there is a large variation in postage and packing required to send orders overseas.
Please contact us for a quote to send goods overseas before placing your order. We do not charge VAT therefore cannot discount it for export orders.

Customs Duty

Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance, import duty or local taxes, are to be borne by the recipient.

Returns Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase/s we agree to refund the full amount (less delivery costs) as long as the items are returned within 10 days in a perfect and re-usable condition including original packing. We recommend proof of posting is obtained as we cannot accept responsibility for items until we have received them back.
This returns policy does not apply to bespoke items unless there is reasonable cause.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should an item be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please return it enclosing a letter stating the problem and the cost of returning the item. We will replace the item or refund the cost.
Your rights to return faulty goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
